not clear what impression would be produced on Japanese by
certified waybills showing volume of traffic as suggested in
your telegram under reference.
But information would be useful he re and I request
that you will telegraph brief summary of present volume of
traffic of war munitions into China on Kowloon Canton Railway
and similar information weekly while present circumstances
last.
